Absolutely phenomenal swimbait rod. I bought this rod specifically to fish the Deps 250 and other swimbaits in that weight range. It handles those big baits with such ease. The rod itself is very light and even if the fish aren’t biting it’s a very fun stick to fish with. Buy it confidence, you won’t regret it I promise
I own the Med-heavy, XH and XXH, they all handle their weight range baits perfectly. They are really light compared to others I have tried for big baits and that helps me to be able to fish all day without getting wore out. I can’t recommend enough. Time to get me the H size and complete the set.
One of my new favorite rods for medium to light Swimbaits. The quality of it is unmatched. Holding It feels great. Light balanced, and well crafted. Paired it with a Calcutta Conquest 200 DC. Highly recommend if you are looking to add to your arsenal or even getting your first swim-bait rod.
